• Sponsor and donor details: your name, business name, logo and contact information if you sponsor or give.
• Anything else you send us in a form, email or message.
Information collected automatically:
• Basic website usage data such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools from our website provider (Wix).
Payments:
• Payments are handled by our payment provider (Wix Payments and its partners). We do not store your full card number.

• To run our events: process registrations, check people in, plan for safety and contact participants.

• To send updates about registration, events, sponsors and the Academy. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We use health and emergency contact information only to keep participants safe and to arrange emergency care if needed. We limit access to the people who need it to run the event.

We may take photos and video at our events and use them on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be included, tell a coach or organizer at check-in, or email us.

• With a host venue or event partner when needed to run an event, such as a participant list.
