About the event
Kick off your rugby off-season with WNY Rugby Academy.
Our clinic brings Western New York players together for a two hour clinic of drills and performance testing, led by experienced coaches. Whether you play for a college or club team or are looking to get back into the game, you'll leave with sharper skills, real data on your speed and power, and a new network of players and coaches. This clinic is intended for co-ed U-23 players (18-22 years old), limited spots available.
What you'll do
Speed gate and force plate performance testing
Rugby development skills (no full-contact)
Game-play and drills with players from across the region
