Accessibility Statement

WNY Rugby Academy wants everyone to be able to use our website and take part in our events. We work to make wnyrugbyacademy.com easy to use for people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive tools.

Our goal
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We are a new organization and are still improving our site, so some pages may not fully meet this goal yet.

What we do
• Use clear headings, readable text sizes and strong color contrast.
• Add descriptions (alt text) to important images.
• Make sure menus, forms and buttons can be used with a keyboard.
• Write in plain language.
• Check our pages on both desktop and mobile.

Events
If you need an accommodation to take part in one of our events, such as accessible facility information, communication support or other help, please contact us before the event. We will do our best to work with you and the host venue.

Known limitations
Some third-party content on our site, such as embedded social media posts, payment pages and forms, is provided by other companies and may not be fully accessible. We are working to improve this where we can.
